Welcome to the open-data-and-maps wiki!
Note: GitHub wiki is quite a clunky space for docs. It is very difficult to structure it well in the sense that everything really needs to be in one directory. So, as of June 2018, we're experimenting with putting markdown documents into the code repository. Note that relative links work, so it's reasonable for creating a wiki-like network of linked pages
