Known Issues

This page will include issues that have been brought up by users and have been resolved.

Initialization of annotator class "org.healthnlp.deepphe.nlp.writer.NeoplasmNeo4jWriter" failed.

1. uninstall deepphe
2. install deepphe
3. launch the launcher
4. DO NOT RUN the phenotype summarizer
5. open: http://localhost:7474/browser/
6. if it asks you for a password to login, put neo4j
7. if it asks you to RESET the password, put neo4jpass
8. save changes
9. Run the phenotype summarizer
