Even though its coming back with "Server unknown"; I am able to ping my ADDS server by name as seen in the image below:

I went through the troubleshooting steps listed here. All items came back passed, therefore the issue stems from something else. After messing around with my IPv6 address information and doing an "ipconfig /flushdns"; I was able to get the following:
