This entity allows a user to search for Releases under the following headings:

• Latest Releases.
• Browse.
• Search.

Latest Releases:

• This table by default displays all the latest releases.
• The date picker can be used to select specific dates.
• Selection of a release will display the details of the release.

Browse:

• All release Subjects are available under the Browse drop down icon.
• Each Subject contains Products relating to the subject.
• Selection of a Product will display Releases related to that product.
• Releases can be sorted by Relevance, Oldest First or Newest First.
• Select a Release to display details.
• Once displayed a releases can be down loaded using: JSON-stat,PX or CSV file format.

Search:

Search for a Release by text and using the language selected.

Access:

• All Users

Pivoting:

1. Select the data range and classifications you wish to view from the Table tab on the Matrix page.

2. Click on the Pivot Button at the bottom of the Table tab on the Matrix page.

2. Choose the pivot option you want to use.

3. Once the pivot is chosen click Download and choose the XLSX option from the menu.

4. Open the XLSX with any spreadsheet application. If using Microsoft Excel click on "Enable Editing".

5. Click on the "Pivoted" sheet.

6. By default the pivot you chose will be displayed, however you can Drag & Drop the dimensions using the "PivotTable Fields" panel to alter the pivot of the data.
