CTAT Tutorials
To build HTML tutors with CTAT you need the installed authoring tools and an HTML editor. If you are using the CTAT HTML editor to build tutor interface, you will also need access to cloud storage on either Google Drive or Dropbox. See the Quick Start page for important information on installing CTAT, setting up, and a quick tutorial.
Once you are set up, you can work through the following tutorials:
- Building an HTML student interface for fraction addition using the CTAT HTML Editor; there is also a step-by-step animated tutorial
- Creating an Example-Tracing tutor for fraction addition; here again, there is also a step-by-step animated tutorial
- Creating a Quiz
- Creating a Cognitive Tutor for fraction addition
If you prefer not to use the CTAT HTML editor, see Creating an HTML Tutor Manually for instructions on editing .html files directly to create a tutor interface.
