Yes!

If you have a Canute Console then the latest Canute firmware also works on the Canute display that is included with your Console. Once installed it will improve the performance of the Braille display both in stand alone mode and when used within the Canute Console.

However the Canute 360 firmware cannot be installed directly from the Canute Console.

To install the firmware on the Canute 360 first disconnect it from the Canute Console and lay it on a desk on its own. [Then follow the instructions to upgrade your Canute 360 to the latest software. Once installed you can turn it off, re-attach it to the Canute Console and it will continue to operate as normally.
