Globus is a great way to transfer data between end points at JHU, or at other institutions.

Notable end points:

• MARCC: marcc#dtn (you can authenticate using JHED ID)
• JHPCE: jhpce#globus01
• HHPC: ???
• IDIES: ???

To get to the MARCC-based Langmead Lab disk array, use this path on the MARCC data nodes: /net/langmead-bigmem.ib.cluster/storage/.

You can also use Globus to transfer to and from XSEDE resources like Stampede 2. More instructions on the Stampede 2 page.
