Random notes on FO4 Materials:

• Errors in the BGSM file can cause an instant CTD when the game tries to load the mesh. Be warned.
• If the Environment Map flag is set and no environment map file is provided, that's a CTD.
• If the Environment Map flag is set and the Skin Tint flag is set, that's a CTD. Choose one or the other.
