Copying Plots to Figure - BUNPC/Homer3 GitHub Wiki

To save plot figures to file in Homer3 GUI, go into the View menu and choose Copy Plots to Figure as shown below.

Then click the Save icon to save the figure as the desired format. You can also go into the File menu and select Save to save figures, as shown below.
