Description (from inside mod)

Reworks Torgue projectiles to allow for Elemental Damage (Only ARs and RLs work w/o using this mod)
Quirk with this: half of the bullet's damage will be Explosive and the other half will be Elemental (Torgue RLs work like all other launchers)
Element-availability thanks to FromDarkHell's Gun Unlocker mod
