Replaces the shotgun shell accessory of Shotguns. Changes it to boost movement speed instead of general boosts to stats.
Comes with custom prefixes: Jakobs = Stallion's, Hyperion = Expedient, Torgue = Slick, Bandit = haul ass, Tediore = Fast.
