Turns the CHOPPER into a weapon inspired by the Heavy's weapon of choice.
Features;
Sizable overall damage increase (compared to typical Bandit ARs).
Ridiculous fire rate.
Very large magazine size.
Wider bullet spread.
Somewhat ineffective ADS.
Slow minigun spin-up.
Increased damage resistance when wielded.
Movement speed penalty when wielded.
NOTES;
To make the skin work, the material of the master material for blue/rare Vladof weapons was used. There's a fix included in the skin, make sure to activate it.
If using S&S Forever, there is a fix for it at the bottom of the file. Activate this fix after S&S Forever is activated.
