Description (from inside mod)

Increases Non-Elemental weapon damage by 20% to help keep them competitive in a world that demands element-matching. Excludes Jakobs (because they can't spawn with elemental accessories – even no-element accessories.
WARNING: This mod also boosts non-elemental damage dealt by enemies by 20%.
