Liquid Rapid Release Shield
Changes the Rapid Release Shield to have a tiny capacity, near-Naught (0.25 or less) value shield delay, and near-Rerouter/Bee shield regeneration to allow for psuedo-Flame of the Firehawk releases in shock damage.
I half-expect someone to replace the element of the Rapid Release with the different flavors of damage, other than shock, completely remove the shield delay, or try to actually make it into a FotFH.
Provides all-possible resistance (Torgue/Maliwan) for shield, unlike most Nova shields.
