Converts the Order into a Jakobs Roid shield.
Features;
No shield capacity, boosts health instead (and does not have damage resistance).
Spawns as a Jakobs shield instead of Bandit.
Existing Orders will remain Bandit.
Can spawn with elemental capacitors, unlike the Rough Rider.
The Order uses the rare Roid skin, so using this mod's skin will affect all Rare Roid shields, unless you use the alternative skin which only recolors the Order instead of changing the pattern on it.
