Replaces Lead Storm
Skin is originally made by Dave
Allows Axton to borrow the Sabre Turret's rocket pods (kinda)
Everyone just gets to be jelous that they aren't a commando
Fires 22 rockets at once
Optionally, can fire normally
Burst Fire is Default
Burst can be cancelled by melee, switching, dropping, etc.
