Turns the Wallop into a "Moxxi" Gatling Gun.
Features;
+50% critical hit damage (not-multiplicative).
+2.0% Life-steal.
Note;
Has two different skins. One is the default gatling gun skin, while the other one is the old Dahl-barrel skin this used to have (still functions like a Gatling Gun though.)
