Portus Coda

Built on a hidden creek next to Marseille, the place is easy to miss for a mundane ship. Yet, in the harbor, a flourishing community controls the commerce of magical resources in all of western Mediterranean. It also has a Mercere Portal to Harco and serves as its principal relay in the area.
