acoustic mat - Aliapur/Wiki GitHub Wiki
The purpose is to use the sound dampening properties of rubber powder or granulates to manufacture acoustic mats against impact sounds.
Several technologies can be used to produce acoustic mats from rubber powder or granulates:
- Deposition on a sheet using a binder (video, Isolgomma)
- Compression in a mould with a binder, usually polyurethane
- Molding in the presence of sulphur
