On Ubuntu:

Edit, with administrative rights, the file /etc/hosts. Write the IP address and the name of the Windows computer.

To find the IP address, go to the Windows computer, run ipconfig in the Windows command prompt (search for cmd). The correct address is the IPv4 Address.

On Windows:

Open the file C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, write the IP address and the name of the Ubuntu computer.

To find the IP address, run ifconfig in an Ubuntu terminal. The correct one is the virbr0.

Note that virbr0 is for PCs with virtual machines, which happens when you link the Ubuntu host with a virtual machine through a virtual network and not with a physical internet connection.
