Setup:

Enter how many boxes you would like to delete. This does not read RAM. It starts from the box you are on and goes to the next box until it matches the selection. The first slot cannot be empty. I recommend not doing TOO many boxes as lag or interreference can cause the routine to mess up. Start off with 3-4 and see how it goes. HOME requires you to Save your progress every 100 releases, the routine will automatically Save progress after 3 boxes.

Enter the type of clicks it takes to get to the HOME game starting from the first game. In the image below it takes me 2 DRIGHT clicks.

Ensure you are in Slot 1 of the box and you have the Single Pokémon selector chosen before pressing Start
