Changelings

Changelings are considered to be a minor race of Arzella. They are globally despised, but when important and high-stakes espionage is necessary, people don't often have many other choices. Changeling spies are pretty much never trusted, even if they've proven themselves trustworthy thousands of times, but they still usually do great jobs. Changelings usually don't receive any trust, credibility, or reputation from their work.
