Tentative Timetable for the Hackathon on Fast EMRI Waveforms

A tentative schedule for the week's activities. Please note that times are subject to change throughout the week.

Monday, 3 March

  • 10:00 - 10:30: Welcome & logistics
  • 10:30 - 11:00: Coffee break ☕
  • 11:00 - 12:00: Check-in: Define and assign tasks/projects for the week, including plots and captions for the paper. Assign daily tasks to participants.
  • 12:00 - 13:00: Lunch 🍽️
  • 13:00 - 16:00: Work on assigned tasks
  • 16:00 - 17:00: Check-out: Discussion wrap-up, participant updates, and tasks for Western online participants.

Tuesday, 4 March

  • 09:45 - 10:00: Check-in: Staff Lounge, Floor 4 Building 54
  • 10:00 - 11:00: Discussion with Singapore: Topics include Superkludge, secondary spin, and resonance. Assign tasks for Eastern online and in-person participants.
  • 11:00 - 11:30: Coffee break ☕
