If you're not a fan of the sexlab related stuff, luckily for you there are some very simple steps you can take to remove 99% of the triggers for it.

1. Disable Scrappies Matchmaker

2. Turn off Yamete and rebind the key to something you'll never press.

3. Turn off Sexlab Eager NPCs

And there you have it! The only other way to initiate sexlab scenes is through Sexlab Solutions dialogue, however these are very clearly marked so just don't choose them.
