Important things to take note of prior to your appointment:-

1. Please bring your original passport.
2. For Australia, Canada and New Zealand visa application, includes urine test, for female applicant you are strongly advised to undergo the tests after 5 to 6 days from your last day of period.
3. For UK VISA Applicants please bring along a passport size photo.
4. For Canada and Australia Visa applicants please send the COVID-19 Vaccination Digital Cert to [email protected] for us to submit to immigration portal.
5. No fasting is required.
6. The estimated time to complete the tests is 3 hours.
7. The panel physician will upload your test results directly to immigration via the eMEDICAL Portal within 5 working days (only applicable for Australia, New Zealand, and Canada VISA applicants).
