Yeah personally these methods are effective but if you disaster happened and hey SSD does experience any of the typical issues such as black sectors data loss these techniques might be able to help restore it after a disaster should be the first message to try before resorting to extreme measures but to save companies a lot of money and time and effort if you're able to restore data back to normal it's always good to have a backup recovery system
