STEP Y-01

STEP Y-01: First, you need to remove the plastic router bottom plate, and the height set screw assembly.

STEP Y-02

STEP Y-02: Take the router out from the holding clamp will make the install much easier.

STEP Y-03

STEP Y-03: Router holding frame have been cut and all necessary holds have been pre-drilled. Put all pieces together like shown in picture, and it is ready to be put on to Zen CNC Z axis.

STEP Y-04: Another angle looking at the router holding frame's pre-assembly.

STEP Y-05

STEP Y-05: Hold up the router frame, and align the screw holes to the back supporting frames.

STEP Y-06

STEP Y-06: Install all screws for the two bottom support frames first.

STEP Y-07

STEP Y-07: Then move the block up to make it aligned with the two upper support frames.

STEP Y-08

STEP Y-08: Install the remaining of the screws.

STEP Y-09

STEP Y-09: Put on the router base.

STEP Y-10

STEP Y-10: M4x25 screws will be used to connect the router base and bottom router support frame.

STEP Y-11

STEP Y-11: Install all screws slowly, move the Z axis up a little bit, if it is hard to reach the bottom with hex key.

STEP Y-12

STEP Y-12: The router clamp lever can be open and closed freely.

STEP Y-13

STEP Y-13: Now put the router into router base.

STEP Y-14

STEP Y-14: Nothing wrong with this big hole, in case you want to connect your shop vacuum, this can be an option.
