2. App Description

Wallpaper Galaxy is a wallpaper application that provides access to a collection of wallpapers for your device. The App offers both free and premium features.

3. User Accounts and Registration

The App may allow you to browse and download wallpapers without registration. However, to maintain subscription status and purchase history, the App may store information locally on your device.

4. Free and Paid Services

  • Free Service: Basic access to the App includes viewing and downloading select wallpapers with advertisements.
  • Paid Services:
    • Annual Subscription: Provides ad-free experience and access to premium wallpapers for one year.
    • Lifetime Purchase: Provides permanent ad-free experience and access to premium wallpapers.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Payments for subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
  • Annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Price changes to subscriptions will be notified in advance according to Apple's policies.
  • All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies.

6. Content and Licenses

  • The App provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the wallpapers for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You may not redistribute, sell, or use the wallpapers for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
  • All wallpapers remain the intellectual property of Wallpaper Galaxy or its licensors.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove, circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the App
