Goal: As a class, we built a network according to the topology diagram provided by the professor. Using hardware, each group was responsible for an assigned router.S

Initial Config

• Set appropriate Hostname and IP Addresses

*West to Datacenter: 10.17.1.34.30 (2 hosts router to router)

* West to WestSwitch 10.17.40.2./24

• Linux (Kali linux) box: 10.17.40.2/24

OSPF Configuration

• Enable OSPF (Check OSPF lab if stuck)

• Configure areas and set appropriate call addresses

Kali Configuration

• Using NMTUI set Ip address

• Wire into router

• Use test pings to verify gateway and computer connections
