Backup and Troubleshooting

The BACKUP & TROUBLESHOOTING section of Settings > AtmoMod, just above the CHANGELOG, covers the whole script. The Grease/Tampermonkey menu command Atmospheric Modulator Settings has the same controls.

Backup

Fairly self explanatory, 3 ways to backup and import your settings: clipboard, file, or a private note on cyberspace.

Backup Section

If you choose to save settings via a private cyberspace note, you have the option to encrypt them with a passphrase. This primarily is so your personal notes you've added to users don't accidentally get published or exposed.

Troubleshooting Settings

Debug mode

This turns on console logging and other calculations that allow for easier dev troubleshooting.

Save Debug File

Exports all of your settings, the debug log, the browser version, etc for easy use if you're having a tricky issue. This file does NOT include your nick notes, just a count of them.

Copy Debug Log

Same as above, but to clipboard instead of file.

Report Issue

Send an issue report to z0ylent on cyberspace via cMail. Includes your debug log.

Reset

This is the big red button that will wipe out ALL OF YOUR SETTINGS. If you click this button and you have not backed up your settings, they will all be gone!
