Hi Yvan,
**You could analyze samples in Project_Diag24. I will take care of samples in Project_Diag23. There are four samples finished alignment in Diag24. You can use the script "runGroupPipeline_order.pl" to do sample analysis, which will analyze samples based on the order in group.conf. **
