Individual Team Member Status:

• Yuzhi: * Admin should be able to view all the Appointments(same and Nurse and Doctor) * New pages for Appointment creation in Patient and Admin

• Sushmita: * Doctor should mark the status to "Closed" after diagnosis and should be able to see the Closed diagnosis patient records * Doctor and Nurse can see all the Pending appointments in list and then should be able to search(requires refactoring if code) * Admin account management where admin is able to edit existing user details and modify the role as required
