Fixed a bug where the stimulant liquid did not work when the container was emptied to zero, because the liquid type needed to be determined before drinking began, not after it was completed. Otherwise, it would be impossible to determine the liquid type upon completion, as the liquid had already run out.
The bug that allowed disabling the speed debuff under certain conditions using codeine or morphine has been fixed.
Fixed a bug where stimulants didn't work when attempting to feed or give a drink to another player.
