halt() function

__attribute__((noreturn)) void halt(void);

Halts the processor until a hard reset is performed.
Does not return. Lowered into halt processor instruction.

reset() function

__attribute__((noreturn)) void reset(void);

Performs a soft reset to interrupt vector 0.
Does not return. Lowered into reset 0 processor instruction.
