Scaling Feast introduces a handful of features and gameplay mechanics changes that can be configured or even disabled entirely. Each feature builds upon the base mechanics of Scaling Feast and aims to use the player's deeper hunger reserves in different ways.

Bloated Overflow: A system that gives the player the
Bloated status effect when they overeat. -
Death Mechanics: A system of smaller features that apply to the player on death.

Exhaustion Scaling: A system that causes a player to gain more exhaustion when breaking a block depending on how much time it took to break the block.

Health Regen: A series of configuration options to determine under what conditions a player can naturally regenerate health.

Hunger Damage: Allows mobs to decrease a player's hunger when they hit the player based on the amount of damage dealt.

Starvation Mechanics: A system of smaller features that interact with the player when they starve.

XP Bonuses: Gives the player extra max hunger depending on the amount of XP they have.
