Cull is an Instant Chaos Effect.
Effects
Cull despawns all non-player and non-Ender Dragon entities within a 64 block radius centered on the player.
Applicability
Cull is always applicable. If enabled in the config, it is also applied automatically if the game appears to be lagging in order to clean up entities that might be causing lag. Chaos Edition detects lag by checking if the last time the player was ticked was more than 5 seconds ago. If Chaos edition detects this 5 times in a row for a specific player, it gives the Cull effect to the player on top of whatever effect they were going to normally receive the next time their Chaos Timer expires (unless the effect they would normally receive is Cull itself).
Exclusivity
Cull is not mutually exclusive with any other Chaos Effect.
