Cookie Cutter gives the player a Cookie with Sharpness IX and Curse of Vanishing. It also has lore saying "It's a real cookie cutter."

Applicability

Cookie Cutter is only applicable if the player's inventory has an open slot.

Exclusivity

Cookie Cutter is not mutually exclusive with any other Chaos Effect.
