Clippy is a Timed Chaos Effect. It lasts anywhere from 20 to 160 ticks when applied.

Effect

Clippy causes the player to clip through blocks similar to if they were in spectator mode, though given the fact that the player can not fly, they will fall through the ground. The player will also be given the Slow Falling potion effect to slow their fall through the world.

Applicability

Clippy is applicable if the player's Y coordinate is above 0. This means in the Overworld, Clippy won't activate if the player is in the Deepslate strata, but will activate anywhere else.

Exclusivity

Clippy is mutually exclusive with Bouncy and Smack Down.
