You can fix this WhatsApp issue using other modules like WA Enhancer etc, but I personally don't recommend using mods on WhatsApp since they are very strict about it.

Prerequisites:

  • Root.
  • Atleast device integrity.
  • Root manager hidden.
  • Unlocked bootloader status spoofed for Whatsapp.

If not, follow this guide.

Let's start

  1. Make sure you have done all the things mentioned above.
  2. Clear Play Store and Play Services data.
  3. Reboot once.
  4. Uninstall your current WhatsApp.
  5. Install this older version of WhatsApp | or this version of WA Business .

If these versions are saying to "update WhatsApp", then try the next version from Apkmirror.

  1. Try to setup WhatsApp now.😎

Once setup successfully you can update WhatsApp from the playstore as usual.
