If you continue to use VIP membership services, you will be deemed to have agreed to all changes. The updated agreement will take effect from the date of the first update.

1. Service description
1. [InshortVIP member] refers to a natural person who has completed all procedures to become a member and, on the premise of complying with this agreement, enjoys the VIP membership services provided by Inshort during the membership period. Here we would like to remind you to pay special attention to:
1.1 InshortVIP membership has a variety of membership types for you to choose from, currently including gold VIP membership, platinum VIP membership, star diamond VIP membership and student VIP membership.
1.2 InshortVIP membership and members of other Inshort products or Inshort-cooperated products belong to different membership products (such as sports product membership, kiwi membership, VR membership, etc.). Your opening of InshortVIP membership does not mean that you can of course obtain other memberships at the same time. Product membership. If you need to activate membership services for other products, please go to the corresponding product to activate the corresponding membership according to your needs.
2. [InshortVIP Membership Service] is an exclusive membership benefit provided to you by Inshort. For the description of the benefit content, please check Section 4 of this Agreement. For the benefit content not specified in this Agreement, please refer to the description on the Inshort platform member rights introduction page. . 3. [InshortVIP Membership Service Agreement] is a supplementary agreement to the "Inshort Service Agreement" and "Inshort Privacy Policy". It is an integral part of them and has the same legal effect. If this agreement conflicts with the foregoing agreement, this agreement shall prevail. shall prevail.
4. [Inshort VIP Member Service Rules] are agreements, announcements, page descriptions, notices, FAQs and other content related to VIP membership services that Inshort has published or will publish from time to time in the future, and have the same legal effect as this agreement.
2. Use of services
1. Service acquisition
1.1 InshortVIP membership service is a paid service, you can purchase it by paying the corresponding service fee; at the same time, you can also obtain services through marketing activities, accepting gift cards and other Inshort-approved channels.
1.2 When obtaining InshortVIP membership services, you shall abide by laws, regulations and the provisions of this Agreement, and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties or Inshort. You are not allowed to obtain VIP membership services by yourself (or assist others) through the following methods:
(1) For commercial or other non-personal use purposes;
(2) Use false information, impersonate other people’s information, etc. to register an Inshort account;
(3) Through any automatic programs, scripts, software, etc., such as robot software, spider software, crawler software, etc.;
(4) Borrowing, renting, selling, sharing, or transferring VIP membership services without Inshort’s permission;
(5) By improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith (such as exploiting loopholes in rules, exploiting system loopholes, abusing membership status, black industry, speculation, etc.);
(6) By exploiting or destroying the InshortVIP membership service rules.
Inshort hereby declares: Any act of selling, leasing or transferring InshortVIP membership in a similar manner without the express authorization of Inshort is an infringement, and Inshort has the right to pursue its legal liability according to law.
2. Basic principles for using the service
2.1 When using InshortVIP membership services, you should abide by laws, regulations and other normative documents, abide by public order, respect social ethics, and must not endanger network security. You must not use the Internet to endanger national security, honor and interests, or incite subversion of the country. political power, overthrow the socialist system, incite separatism and undermine national unity, promote terrorism and extremism, promote ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination, spread violent and obscene information, fabricate and spread false information to disrupt economic and social order, and infringe Activities such as the reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of others. If you engage in the above behavior, Inshort has the right to terminate the provision of InshortVIP membership services to you.
2.2 Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, Inshort grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, limited-term license to use the InshortVIP membership service, that is, you may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Purpose: Use VIP membership services.
2.3 You understand and agree that you may not provide your account to others for use in any way, including but not limited to transferring, renting, borrowing, sharing, selling, etc., including but not limited to live broadcast, recording, viewing, Use it for uploading, participating in events, etc. Otherwise, you will be solely responsible for the legal consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom. At the same time, if the account is lost, leaked, tampered with, stolen, etc. due to the above behaviors, or if the Inshort security risk control is triggered due to multiple terminal logins, remote logins, etc., resulting in account anomalies or account blocking, you shall also be responsible for your own losses. Bear the responsibility, and Inshort has the right to decide whether to suspend or terminate services for you based on your breach of contract.
3. Third-party service content
3.1 If the video playback source displayed in the video search results of the Inshort platform is not from Inshort, after clicking play, it will jump to the third-party video page to provide you with services. This type of video service is provided and responsible for by a third party, not by Inshort. Inshort hereby kindly reminds you that third parties will provide services to you and charge service fees (if any) in accordance with their platform rules (including membership rules, if involved).
3.2 If you purchase joint membership services (such as purchasing Inshort gold VIP membership services + JD.com PLUS membership services at the same time) or obtain third-party membership services by purchasing InshortVIP membership services, Inshort only provides InshortVIP membership services and is not responsible for the third-party membership services. . The rights, usage, charging rules, etc. of third-party membership services will be implemented and interpreted by the third party. You can also go to the third-party platform to check the relevant rules.
3. Your account
1. Obtain an account
During the validity period of the VIP membership service, your Inshort account that enjoys VIP membership rights is your InshortVIP membership account (i.e., the Inshort account bound to your VIP membership service, hereinafter also referred to as "VIP account" or "member account" ).
At the same time, Inshort would like to kindly remind you that you should use your member account in compliance with the Inshort account usage rules. Inshort recommends that you consult the "Inshort Service Agreement" and related sub-agreements, various announcements, page descriptions and standard procedures, FAQs, etc. to obtain more information about account usage rules.
2. Log in
Unless you purchase InshortVIP membership services in guest mode (see Section 3, Article 8 for specific instructions), InshortVIP membership services require you to log in to your InshortVIP membership account before you can use them.
3. Account management and security
3.1 You shall be solely responsible for properly and correctly keeping, using, and maintaining your VIP membership account and password, and taking necessary and effective confidentiality measures for your account and password. You shall be solely responsible for any loss, leakage, tampering, theft, and other losses caused by improper storage, use, and maintenance that are not caused by Inshort's legal fault.
3.2 If you find that someone has used your account without authorization or there are other abnormalities in your account that prevent you from logging in and using it normally, you need to follow the account retrieval process officially announced by Inshort to retrieve your account. During the retrieval process, Inshort may ask you to provide corresponding information and/or supporting materials. Please ensure that the content you provide is true and valid, otherwise it may not pass Inshort's verification and the retrieval may fail.
3.3 In order to protect account security and prevent account theft, Inshort may use one or more methods to verify the identity of account users from time to time or regularly (such as SMS verification, email verification, etc.). If the verification is not successful, , Inshort has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account has been stolen or otherwise unsafe, and will decide whether to suspend the provision of membership services to the account and/or take further measures depending on the seriousness of the situation.
3.4 Please pay special attention to the fact that the actions under your VIP membership account are deemed to be your own actions, and you shall be responsible for the activities that occur under your VIP account or through the account.
4. Information inquiry
You can check your account information details for free by logging in to the InshortVIP membership related page, including the activated VIP membership service content, service period, consumption records, etc.
5. Usage restrictions
5.1 Inshort accounts can be used on different device terminals according to different membership types. Device terminals include but are not limited to mobile phones, Pads, computers, TVs, VR, car terminals, smart home terminals, etc. and the corresponding terminals of the above terminals. On the web page (if any), the device terminals applicable to each specific member shall be subject to the instructions on the introduction page shown to you.
Unless otherwise specified, in principle:
(1) The maximum number of terminals that can be logged in to the same VIP member account is 5, of which the sub-device limit is: 2 mobile Apps, 1 Pad App, 1 computer client, 1 web page, and TV 2, 1 for VR terminal, 1 for vehicle terminal, 1 for smart home terminal, the same below;
(2) The number of device terminals that can be played simultaneously by the same Inshort account at the same time is as follows:
If you are a student VIP member, the same account can only be played on one device terminal at the same time;
If you are a gold VIP member or platinum VIP member, the same account can be played on up to 2 device terminals at the same time;
If you are a Star Diamond VIP member, the same account can be played on up to 3 device terminals at the same time.
For example: If the same Platinum VIP member account has been used to play and watch movies on a TV device and a mobile device at the same time, this VIP account cannot be used to play and watch movies on a third terminal device at the same time.
(3) If you exceed the above usage limits, Inshort has the right to take measures such as restricting login, restricting use, interrupting or terminating services, etc. based on your excessive usage.
5.2 In order for you to use the InshortVIP membership service smoothly, Inshort hereby recommends that if you exceed the above limits, you should immediately (1) turn off video playback on other device terminals; (2) promptly change the password of your account and log in again. You can check and manage the device terminal login status of your VIP account in the product.
6. Account authorization login
If the membership service you have opened can also enjoy the membership rights of other Inshort products or Inshort-cooperated products according to the corresponding membership rights description, you need to use your current InshortVIP membership account to authorize login on the corresponding product (for example, your current account If you are a Platinum VIP member and enjoy TV membership rights, you need to use this InshortVIP member account to authorize login on the Kiwi TV client). 7. Visitor mode
7.1 Since the Apple App Store channel allows non-registered users to purchase VIP membership services through tourists, the membership services will be bound to the device you used to purchase the membership, and the VIP membership services will only be available on the bound device, and some membership rights will not be available. You may not be able to enjoy it (such as event participation, membership time transfer, etc.) because you use guest mode. 4. Membership rights and additional payments
1. VIP membership rights
InshortVIP membership rights include early viewing of popular dramas, advertising privileges, frame pictures, Dolby, download acceleration, audio mode, etc. The details are subject to the description of the VIP privileges page on the Inshort platform or the actual provision by Inshort. Member rights under this agreement If the name is inconsistent with the page description, it will not affect the membership rights you actually enjoy. For the avoidance of doubt, the term "preemptive viewing of popular dramas" here refers to the fact that as a VIP member, you can enjoy the rights to watch some dramas provided by Inshort in advance before free users.
1.1 Special instructions on the rights and interests of InshortVIP members:
(1) Please understand that there are various types of VIP members, and the membership rights of different types of VIP members are different; VIP members of the same type are divided into different levels, and the membership rights of different levels may also be different. At the same time, because different types of VIP members are applicable to different equipment and terminals, the membership rights that each membership type can enjoy can only be used on the equipment and terminals that the VIP membership type is applicable to, and cannot be used across terminals. For example, if you have opened a gold VIP membership, Then all the membership rights you enjoy can be used on the computer/mobile phone/Pad side, but not on the TV side and screencasting. In particular, the broadcast time, payment plan, free time for membership transfer or free time for non-members of some paid content are also determined by Inshort based on the requirements of the copyright owner/its own operating strategies, etc. Inshort may make some adjustments to the video content schedule in member rights based on changes in laws, regulations and regulatory policies, changes in copyright status, its own operating strategies, and user needs, including but not limited to adjusting the video broadcast schedule, stopping some video content, or Some video content is offline; if the content is offline, you may still be unable to watch it even if you have downloaded or cached the content locally. At the same time, please also understand that due to geographical copyright restrictions and other reasons, some member video content can only be viewed in all or part of mainland China. 1.2 Special instructions for purchasing Platinum VIP members and Star Diamond VIP members: The types of membership rights, specific content and usage rules of other Inshort products or Inshort-cooperated products enjoyed by the above members are stipulated in the membership agreement of the corresponding product and/or The description on the page shall prevail.
2. Equipment and system differences
After you become a VIP member, the actual specific rights or service content that can be used may be different due to the different software versions, devices, operating systems, etc. you use and other third-party reasons. Please refer to the rights or service content that you can use. shall prevail. You express your understanding of the inconvenience this may cause you and will not pursue or exempt Inshort from any relevant responsibilities. Inshort recommends that you try to solve the problem by upgrading the application or operating system version, changing the device, or directly contact Inshort through the methods provided in this agreement to solve the problem.
Inshort would like to remind you that some membership benefits need to meet certain software version, device and/or operating system requirements. Therefore, Inshort recommends that in order to fully experience all the benefits, you should promptly upgrade the application or operating system version, or change the device. to enjoy membership benefits smoothly.
3. Advertising privileges
3.1 The "advertising privileges" provided by Inshort only mean that you can automatically reduce the duration of pre-roll advertisements before playing some videos. Due to copyright owners or other reasons, some video titles will still have other forms of advertising. You hereby express your understanding and agree that the above presentation will not be regarded as infringement or breach of contract by Inshort. Inshort is committed to minimizing the impact on your video viewing experience;
3.2 In the process of using VIP membership services, you will still (may) be exposed to commercial advertisements or other types of commercial information delivered in various ways, including but not limited to pre-roll advertisements, startup advertisements, creative interstitial advertisements, Marquee ads, end-of-credit ads, product placement ads, pop-up ads, pause ads, original photo posts, word-of-mouth signboards, teaser ads, band-aid ads, etc.
4. Additional charges
4.1 During the validity period of your InshortVIP membership, you can watch video content exclusive to VIPs on the Inshort platform, but some videos require you to pay extra before you can watch them, including but not limited to paid TV series, movies, variety shows, animations, sports events, and paid live broadcasts. , knowledge courses, highlights, etc. Inshort will remind you of the aforementioned service content that requires additional payment with a prominent mark. Please read the relevant tips carefully and decide whether to purchase.
4.2Inshort would like to kindly remind you that the service content has a certain validity period after your payment is successful (specifically, please refer to the instructions on the purchase page). Please remember to use it in time. Please note that after the validity period expires, regardless of whether you have finished using the service content, the fees paid will not be refunded. At the same time, you understand and agree that Inshort has the right to provide some or all of the aforementioned additional paid content to users for free after a period of time based on the needs of its own operating strategies.
5. Virtual products
In the process of using VIP membership services, you may obtain/receive various virtual products such as points, cards, coupons, vouchers, welfare coupons, and growth values provided by us. The aforementioned virtual products can only be used for the designated purposes announced by Inshort's official channels, and are subject to restrictions on use period, method, etc. They cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, transferred, bought, sold, replaced, mortgaged, etc., and will not be restored after use. At the same time, please be aware that Inshort has the right to price virtual products (including but not limited to membership points, growth value, etc.) based on laws, regulations, regulatory policy requirements, product operation needs, etc., and to make changes or adjustments based on its own product operation needs. , including but not limited to virtual product forms, categories, acquisition/gifts, usage methods, scope, rules, etc., and announcements or notifications will be made in a reasonable manner. We remind you to pay attention when obtaining/gifting or using virtual products.
6. Activity participation
During the VIP membership service period, you have the right to choose to participate in VIP activities organized by Inshort and enjoy various benefits provided by Inshort. The content and rules of specific activities and discounts are subject to actual provision by Inshort.
7. Preferential policies
Inshort may provide discounts such as extensions and rights upgrades to VIP membership services that have been purchased and continue to be valid at different stages based on actual operating conditions. The specific preferential policies are subject to the content notified by Inshort on the relevant service pages.
8. Instructions for use
When you obtain and use InshortVIP membership services (including participating in activities), you should follow the procedures and platform specifications announced by Inshort official channels:
8.1 You shall not illegally obtain InshortVIP membership services (including but not limited to some or all member rights and VIP member accounts) and/or participate in activities to obtain benefits (including but not limited to member rights, Virtual products, physical goods, membership service redemption codes, the same applies to this article below);
8.2 You are not allowed to participate in activities or obtain benefits through improper means or in ways that violate the principle of good faith (such as exploiting loopholes in rules, exploiting system loopholes, abusing membership, black industry, speculation, etc. that go against the original intention of Inshort to provide services/organize activities).
If you violate the above agreement, Inshort has the right to delete, cancel, clear, etc. the benefits you have received, and has the right to terminate the service provided to you. All losses caused thereby shall be borne by you.
9. Service period
9.1 The service period of your VIP membership service is subject to the service period corresponding to your choice and payment of the corresponding membership fee. It starts from the time you become a VIP member. You can check it for free by logging in to the InshortVIP membership related page. This period will not be extended due to your non-use or pausing or rewinding of the video. When the membership service period expires, Inshort will stop providing you with VIP membership services; however, if you activate the automatic renewal service and you renew successfully before the service period expires, the membership service period will be extended on the basis of the original service period. For automatically renewing VIP membership services, you can unilaterally stop automatic renewal before the service validity period in the current cycle expires. Inshort can also unilaterally stop automatically renewing services for you based on operational strategy needs. The VIP membership service period will be from the current service period. Terminates on the expiration date of the period.
9.2 Please understand that due to the particularity of Internet services, the VIP membership service period includes the reasonable time required by Inshort to resolve faults, server repairs, adjustments, upgrades, etc., or to deal with third-party infringement, but Inshort will try its best to minimize the impact. to the lowest.
5. Charges and Cancellation
1. Charging method
Inshort VIP membership service is a paid service. You can pay VIP membership fees through payment methods actually supported by Inshort, such as bank card payment, third-party payment, etc. Please note that if you use your Apple account or a communication account bound to your membership account to pay, this payment method is a payment method collected by the charging operator. There may be certain charges when you pay through this payment method. Commercial risks (such as criminals using your account or bank cards and other valuable cards to conduct illegal activities), these risks may cause corresponding economic losses to you, and you shall bear all losses yourself.
2. Fee refund
VIP membership services are online commodities and virtual commodities. Inshort hereby reminds you that you should carefully check your account information, purchased service content, price, service period and other information before purchasing VIP membership services (including automatic renewal services).
3. Changes in charging standards and methods
The charging methods and charging standards for VIP membership services (including automatic renewal), paid videos and other additional paid services are independently determined by Inshort based on the company's operating costs, operating strategies, etc. (adjustments include but are not limited to promotions, price increases, etc. ), and display it to you on the relevant product service promotion and payment pages. If the relevant charging methods change when you purchase and renew, the charging methods actually supported by Inshort shall prevail; if the prices of related services are adjusted, the currently effective prices published on the Inshort platform shall prevail (but Inshort Unless otherwise agreed with you).
4. Automatic renewal
The automatic renewal service refers to a service launched out of the member's need for automatic renewal on the premise that the member has purchased VIP membership services to prevent members from failing to renew in time due to negligence or other reasons. If a member chooses to activate the automatic renewal service, the member authorizes Inshort to entrust payment channels (such as Alipay, WeChat, etc.) to withhold the fees for the next billing cycle 24 hours before and after the expiration of the member's automatic renewal period. If the operator or payment channel determines the deduction cycle based on actual conditions, the actual deduction time shall prevail, such as mobile phone bill channels, ios channels, etc. If the deduction is successful, the corresponding membership service period will be automatically extended for you.
4.1 Billing cycle: such as monthly, quarterly, annual, etc. (specifically subject to what Inshort provides), members can choose by themselves.
4.2 Automatic deduction rules:
(1) If you choose automatic renewal, the user agrees that the payment channel can deduct the membership service fee for the next billing cycle from the user's bound account without verifying the member account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information. .
(2) Unless the member or Inshort actively and explicitly cancels the automatic renewal, the subscription will be automatically renewed and deducted without any limit on the number of times.
(3) If you do not actively and explicitly cancel the automatic renewal, it will be deemed that you agree that Inshort may make deduction attempts from time to time within a certain period after the expiration of the membership service period in accordance with the deduction rules of the payment channel (even if the amount in your account is Insufficient amount).
(4) Once the deduction is successful, Inshort will activate the VIP membership service corresponding to this billing cycle for you.
4.3 Please be aware that Inshort has the right to adjust the price of membership services (including automatic renewal services). During the validity period of your automatic renewal service, if Inshort adjusts the service price when you activate the automatic renewal service, Inshor will rt will notify you through one or more reasonable means such as announcements and site messages. If you do not agree to the price adjustment of the automatic renewal service, you can cancel the automatic renewal service as stipulated in this agreement. Your membership service period will be terminated from the expiration date of the current membership service cycle. If you do not cancel the automatic renewal service, you will be charged The channel will deduct the service fee for the next and subsequent billing cycles based on the adjusted price. At the same time, please be aware that due to the payment channel deduction rules, if you cancel within 24 hours before the expiration of the current automatic renewal service billing cycle, the payment channel may deduct the next billing based on the adjusted price. If the deduction is successful, your membership service period will be terminated from the expiration date of the next billing cycle.

1.4 Crack, change, counter-operate, tamper with or otherwise destroy any security technology used by Inshort to protect VIP member services;

You understand and agree that if you have any behavior that violates national laws, regulations or regulatory policies, violates this Agreement, or damages the reputation and interests of Inshort or/and its affiliates, Inshort has the right to take one or more of the following Treatment measures:

7. Interruption and termination of services

3. Account management and security
3.1 You shall be solely responsible for properly and correctly keeping, using, and maintaining your VIP membership account and password, and taking necessary and effective confidentiality measures for your account and password. 5. Usage restrictions
5.1 Inshort accounts can be used on different device terminals according to different membership types. 3. Advertising privileges
3.1 The "advertising privileges" provided by Inshort only mean that you can automatically reduce the duration of pre-roll advertisements before playing some videos. You hereby express your understanding and agree that the above presentation will not be regarded as infringement or breach of contract by Inshort. 9. Service period
9.1 The service period of your VIP membership service is subject to the service period corresponding to your choice and payment of the corresponding membership fee. It starts from the time you become a VIP member. You can check it for free by logging in to the InshortVIP membership related page. This period will not be extended due to your non-use or pausing or rewinding of the video. When the membership service period expires, Inshort will stop providing you with VIP membership services; however, if you activate the automatic renewal service and you renew successfully before the service period expires, the membership service period will be extended on the basis of the original service period. For automatically renewing VIP membership services, you can unilaterally stop automatic renewal before the service validity period in the current cycle expires. Inshort can also unilaterally stop automatically renewing services for you based on operational strategy needs. The VIP membership service period will be from the current service period. Terminates on the expiration date of the period.
9.2 Please understand that due to the particularity of Internet services, the VIP membership service period includes the reasonable time required by Inshort to resolve faults, server repairs, adjustments, upgrades, etc., or to deal with third-party infringement, but Inshort will try its best to minimize the impact. to the lowest.
5. Charges and Cancellation
1. Charging method
Inshort VIP membership service is a paid service. You can pay VIP membership fees through payment methods actually supported by Inshort, such as bank card payment, third-party payment, etc. Please note that if you use your Apple account or a communication account bound to your membership account to pay, this payment method is a payment method collected by the charging operator. There may be certain charges when you pay through this payment method. Commercial risks (such as criminals using your account or bank cards and other valuable cards to conduct illegal activities), these risks may cause corresponding economic losses to you, and you shall bear all losses yourself.
2. Fee refund
VIP membership services are online commodities and virtual commodities. The membership fee is the price of the online commodities corresponding to the membership services you purchased, rather than prepayment, deposit, deposit, savings card, etc. VIP membership services are non-refundable once activated ( Except for Inshort's breach of contract due to major flaws in the VIP membership service that result in your complete inability to use it, otherwise agreed in this Agreement, refunds required by laws and regulations, or Inshort's consent to refund, etc.).
Inshort hereby reminds you that you should carefully check your account information, purchased service content, price, service period and other information before purchasing VIP membership services (including automatic renewal services).
3. Changes in charging standards and methods
The charging methods and charging standards for VIP membership services (including automatic renewal), paid videos and other additional paid services are independently determined by Inshort based on the company's operating costs, operating strategies, etc. (adjustments include but are not limited to promotions, price increases, etc. ), and display it to you on the relevant product service promotion and payment pages. If the relevant charging methods change when you purchase and renew, the charging methods actually supported by Inshort shall prevail; if the prices of related services are adjusted, the currently effective prices published on the Inshort platform shall prevail (but Inshort Unless otherwise agreed with you).
4. Automatic renewal
The automatic renewal service refers to a service launched out of the member's need for automatic renewal on the premise that the member has purchased VIP membership services to prevent members from failing to renew in time due to negligence or other reasons. If a member chooses to activate the automatic renewal service, the member authorizes Inshort to entrust payment channels (such as Alipay, WeChat, etc.) to withhold the fees for the next billing cycle 24 hours before and after the expiration of the member's automatic renewal period. If the operator or payment channel determines the deduction cycle based on actual conditions, the actual deduction time shall prevail, such as mobile phone bill channels, ios channels, etc. If the deduction is successful, the corresponding membership service period will be automatically extended for you.
4.1 Billing cycle: such as monthly, quarterly, annual, etc. (specifically subject to what Inshort provides), members can choose by themselves.
4.2 Automatic deduction rules:
(1) If you choose automatic renewal, the user agrees that the payment channel can deduct the membership service fee for the next billing cycle from the user's bound account without verifying the member account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information. .
(2) Unless the member or Inshort actively and explicitly cancels the automatic renewal, the subscription will be automatically renewed and deducted without any limit on the number of times.
(3) If you do not actively and explicitly cancel the automatic renewal, it will be deemed that you agree that Inshort may make deduction attempts from time to time within a certain period after the expiration of the membership service period in accordance with the deduction rules of the payment channel (even if the amount in your account is Insufficient amount).
(4) Once the deduction is successful, Inshort will activate the VIP membership service corresponding to this billing cycle for you.
4.3 Please be aware that Inshort has the right to adjust the price of membership services (including automatic renewal services). During the validity period of your automatic renewal service, if Inshort adjusts the service price when you activate the automatic renewal service, Inshor will rt will notify you through one or more reasonable means such as announcements and site messages. If you do not agree to the price adjustment of the automatic renewal service, you can cancel the automatic renewal service as stipulated in this agreement. Your membership service period will be terminated from the expiration date of the current membership service cycle. If you do not cancel the automatic renewal service, you will be charged The channel will deduct the service fee for the next and subsequent billing cycles based on the adjusted price. At the same time, please be aware that due to the payment channel deduction rules, if you cancel within 24 hours before the expiration of the current automatic renewal service billing cycle, the payment channel may deduct the next billing based on the adjusted price. If the deduction is successful, your membership service period will be terminated from the expiration date of the next billing cycle.

You understand and agree that there may be a display delay in automatic renewal status updates, which will be determined by your renewal status displayed in InshortAPP. And before you successfully cancel, the deduction instruction that you have entrusted Inshort to automatically renew is still valid. Inshort will not refund or compensate the fees that have been deducted before the cancellation operation is completed based on the instruction.
6. Your code of conduct and handling of breach of contract
1. When you use InshortVIP membership services, you must not engage in the following behaviors:
1.1 Modify service content, service period, consumption amount, transaction status and other information through technical means without express authorization from Inshort;
1.2 Provide VIP membership services to others for use through methods not expressly authorized by Inshort (including but not limited to borrowing, renting, selling, sharing, and transferring);
1.3 Copy, download, upload, modify, catalog, sort, translate, distribute, develop, transfer, sell, display, disseminate, synthesize, nest, and link all or part of the videos provided by the VIP membership service without the express authorization of Inshort , create derivative works, conduct commercial development or promotion, etc.;
1.4 Crack, change, counter-operate, tamper with or otherwise destroy any security technology used by Inshort to protect VIP member services;
1.5 Delete any ownership or intellectual property statements or labels on VIP member service content without Inshort’s prior written consent; 1.6 Without the express authorization of Inshort, display all or part of the VIP membership service content in any public place for a fee or for free (except if your above behavior does not constitute infringement);
1.7 Other behaviors that are not expressly authorized by Inshort or violate this Agreement, laws, regulations or regulatory policies, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties or Inshort.
2. You understand and agree that if you have any behavior that violates national laws, regulations or regulatory policies, violates this Agreement, or damages the reputation and interests of Inshort or/and its affiliates, Inshort has the right to take one or more of the following Treatment measures:
2.1 If this agreement has a separate provision that stipulates how to handle this behavior, it shall be handled in accordance with that provision;
2.2 Take one or more measures to stop your behavior and the consequences of your behavior, such as deleting/blocking relevant links or content, restricting/cancelling your account/account usage rights, etc.;
2.3 Interrupt or terminate part or all of the VIP membership services, and the VIP membership service fees you have paid will not be refunded and you will not receive any form of compensation/compensation;
2.4 If your actions cause Inshort or/and its affiliates to suffer any losses, you shall bear all liability for the losses and complete the payment within the time limit required by Inshort.
7. Interruption and termination of services
1. Interruption or termination of this service includes the following situations:

1.2 You have any behavior that violates national laws, regulations or regulatory policies, violates this Agreement, or damages the reputation and interests of Inshort or/and its affiliates;
1.3 Inshort shall comply with the provisions of laws, regulations, regulatory policies or the requirements of competent authorities;
1.4 Inshort is necessary for emergency situations such as maintaining account and system security;
1.5 Force majeure (force majeure refers to: unforeseen, unavoidable and uncontrollable objective circumstances, including national laws, regulations, policies, orders of state agencies and other government actions or other events such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, wars, strikes wait);
1.6 Other circumstances that Inshort cannot resist.
2. When the aforementioned termination occurs, Inshort will handle the interruption or termination of this service with you in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
8. Protection of your personal information
1. Inshort is well aware of the importance of personal information to you, so Inshort attaches great importance to protecting your personal information and treats and handles your personal information with a high degree of prudence. When you use InshortVIP membership services, Inshort will adopt relevant technical measures and other security measures to protect your personal information.
2. Protection of minors
Inshort attaches great importance to the protection of minors.
2.1 If you are a minor, you should read this agreement under the supervision and guidance of a guardian, and use VIP membership services with the consent of your guardian.
2.2 Guardians should instruct their children on the safety issues they should pay attention to when surfing the Internet to nip problems in the bud. If the guardian agrees to the minor's use of VIP membership services, he must apply for consumption in the name of the guardian, and provide correct guidance and supervision for the minor's use of VIP membership services. Minors’ use of VIP membership services and their exercise and performance of their rights and obligations under this Agreement are deemed to have been approved by their guardians.
2.3 Inshort reminds minors to be good at online learning when using membership services, recognize the difference between the online world and the real world, and avoid being addicted to the Internet and affecting their daily study life.

9. Notice
In order to facilitate you to obtain information related to this Agreement and VIP membership services, you agree that Inshort has the right to publish information through web page announcements, page prompts, pop-up windows, message notifications, official account notifications, site messages, and the contact information you have reserved (such as mobile phone text messages). , email, etc.), the notification will be deemed to have been successfully delivered to you when Inshort is sent. If multiple notification methods coexist, the delivery time shall be based on the earliest time of sending among the above methods.
The content of such notices may have a significant beneficial or adverse impact on you. Please ensure that your contact information is valid and pay attention to the corresponding notices in a timely manner.

11. Others
1. The validity, performance, interpretation and resolution of disputes of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. If any dispute arises regarding the signing and performance of this Agreement, the parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction over the defendant's domicile.
3. If part of this agreement is invalid due to conflict with the current laws of the People's Republic of China, the validity of other parts of the agreement will not be affected.
4. The titles of this Agreement are for convenience and reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any terms in the main text.
