Opening logs and bins - yakboyslim/YakTuner GitHub Wiki
- Tune WG? - Check to enable WG tuning
- Tune MAF? - Check to enable MAF tuning
- Tune Ignition? - Check to enable tuning ignition tables based on knock
- SWG? - Check if SWG is used, otherwise flow factor tables are used
- S50 / A05 / V30 - Select based on the file format of the bin. One must be selected. Other formats not currently supported (but I am working on a way for unique formats to enter their own addresses, or read them from an XDF in the future.
- Output results to CSV? - If checked a results.csv file will be created for each table output. This will be saved in the same folder as the logs.
Once configured click CONTINUE
- Select one or multiple logs. Currently logs must be in the same folder and also have the same PID list. Recommend to select as many as you have as long as the important parts of your tune have not changed. More data is usually better in this case.
- Select the bin that you want to apply changes to. Usually this is the bin that was used to get the logs.
- If you have an incorrect, or missing, variable in your logs this prompt will appear
- Select the correct logged PID from the list to pair with the variable requested ("BOOST" in this example, so "Boost (psi)" should be selected).
- If you do not log the variable requested please click the top value Be aware if the PID is required for a function (WG, MAF or Ignition) that function will not work
