Overview
GlobalQuake is an experimental Java application designed to display worldwide earthquakes in near real-time. Select seismic stations and view detected earthquakes on an interactive 3D globe, complete with estimated magnitudes. Note that the app remains experimental and may produce erroneous results. Always observe legal restrictions regarding alarm sounds played in public spaces.

Requirements
Minimum recommended specs for handling ~1000 stations include 4 GB RAM, 6 CPU cores, and a 5 Mbps internet connection. Beginning with version 0.11.0, merely 2 GB RAM suffices for managing 5000 stations. Adjust the number of monitored stations accordingly to ensure smooth operation and avoid excessive resource consumption. Usage
