This tool is created for Linux/Unix systems primary. Trying installation on Windows system only at your own risk.

###Prerequisites

• gcc 4.7.3 or newer
• MPI 1.2 or newer
• Automake 1.10.1 or newer
• Atoconf 2.61 or newer
• XDot
• Graphviz
• urcite Boost ...

###Installation

• download from this link and unpack it
• open your favorite terminal and get to the unpacked directory
• type ./autogen
• after it is ended type make
• after successful installation you can call ./bin/newbiodivine binary file, which is CLI of the tool (right calling is described here)

###Uninstallation

• open your favorite terminal and get to the unpacked directory
• then type make clean
• after that type make distclean
• now is the directory in the same state as after downloading
