Unity does not support building the latest API Levels for Android. Have a look for the supported APIs.. As for Unity 2020.3.XX the Android Build Support would not be able to compile the most recent version of GeckoView (e.g. 108.XX). It only supports API Levels up to 30. That given, only GeckoView versions <= 90.XX can be compiled. The geckoview-XXXXX-90.XX.aar would be the latest one could use without additional toolchain tweaks.
