1. Enter maintenance mode refers to a point in a computer program's life when it has reached all of its goals
   and is generally considered to be "complete" and bug-free.

2. BAU work is any ongoing set of tasks that absolutely needs to be done on a regular basis to keep things running.
   Hence, BAU has no foreseeable end date. Employees doing BAU work are usually the first to see which processes are no longer working and would require some changes.

3. EOL, the software reaches End Of Life, it means that program will no longer be supported by developers and there will be no more updates.
