To have LiteMount activate Soulshape and Flicker (the Soulshape blink), set your Unavailable Macro to:

/cast Soulshape

or, if you only want to use Soulshape in rest areas where it has no time restriction:

/cast [resting] Soulshape

And if you want in-combat use, your Combat Macro to:

/dismount [mounted]
/leavevehicle
/cast Soulshape

Soulshape in Action Lists

If you are comfortable with editing the LiteMount action lists under "Advanced Options", you can get the same effect by adding as the second last line (just before Macro):

Spell Soulshape, Flicker
