[Solved] Matplotlib exported eps figure do not display text in MS word 2013 - xiaobin1124/Note_book GitHub Wiki

To solve this problem, I find a satisfying way:

• 1, do not save as eps figure any more, save it as pdf format instead in matplotlib;
• 2, open the pdf figure in Adobe acrobat (on windows), save it as eps figure;
• 3, insert the newly saved eps figure in MS word 2013, all texts are preserved and completly the same font and size as pdf figure.

The eps figure may not looking good in MS word, but, if you save the MS word file as pdf, the figure looks perfect, just the same as pdf figure you have saved from matplotlib.
