Role_Commander
The goal of a commander is to be both a supporter and an assaulter. He can provide information regarding where the Godfather is, leading an assault when it's necessary, seizing weapons on the ground in exchange for money.

Blockerof the CT team. Since he has a shield, he presumably has some sort of ability to prevent enemies proceed. -

The destiny of a SWAT is to defend his team, as the rock and frontier. He may lead an assault, help his teammates regenerate armor. With his skill and a decent weapon, he has a great chance to win a solo gunfight, as long as his opponent is not the Lead Enforcer.

Role_Breacher
Although currently breacher is a lack of a certain goal of his gameplay, but I feel like that the breacher should be a trap-based blocker. He could use his HE rounds to help an ongoing gunfight, or just trap the surrounding area.

The goal of sharpshooter is quite simple and cold blood. Locate where the godfather is, freeze him with your cryo grenade, and withdraw as if nothing else happened.

Design: A copy of Swang Song from PAYDAY2. This role should be deeply focusing on breakthrough, 1 vs 1 solo, or cover/distraction. Using the invincible time to forcing others to leave the combat zone is also a great tactic.

Design: For players who are not doing well in a gunfight, but good at dodge and escape. The goal of this role is to harass enemies, prevent their proceed. They should only capable of slow the enemies down, not killing them all.

Role_Assassin [Hitman]
Stalker. Find out where the commander is, sneaky bypass his guards, reveal and kill.
- Design: Carefully move, silence himself, minimize his trail.
LUNA: Initially he contains a skill which related to some percentage chance action. An e-sport game should not contain any form of uncertainty but player skill. Therefore, the silencer-depending critical hit skill would eventually be removed, and the silencer itself should only be a weapon-dependent flavor attachment. Of course, the gunfire audible range is reduced.

Design: To be honest, this is genuinely a dupe of mad scientist. However, the differences still exist. Mad scientist focus on drag the enemies down, whereas arsonist drag them down and have them killed. I am not sure whether this role should be re-design.
