How to add a new tip or trick

1. Be sure you're logged in, then click "New Page", above right. Choose a meaningful name, write the content, and save it. Note that Wiki pages can be written in a choice of syntaxes - this page is written in Markdown, which is very simple and easy to learn.

   Note: your file name can contain spaces. However, DON'T use hyphens in the file name.

2. Your page will be searchable by name. So if that's all you need (i.e. this is only a reminder to yourself and wouldn't be useful to others), you're done. You can search for your page by clicking "Pages" on the right.

3. If this is an important page that should be easy for others to find (by topic), edit the main Tips and Tricks page: add a topic or use one that's already there, and add a reference to your new page.
