XCIST includes the following repositories

  • a README file with acknowledgements
  • license files
  • all code and associated files, including
    • primary CatSim Python code
    • simulation experiment configuration files, input data files, and run-time libraries
    • CatSim's C source files and associated build files
    • reconstruction code including C source and related Python files

The remaining repositories contain phantom files, which can be rather large. We recommend only downloading those that you need.
